Now you can put your computer to work for something other than computer games and "surfing the net." Online Branch lets you manage your checking, savings and investment accounts with the click of a mouse. The service is FREE and EASY to use.

Obtain up-to-the-minute account balances.
Transfer money between checking, savings and loan accounts.
Pay bills.
Stop payment on checks.
Reorder checks.
View e-Statements.
Download historical information to Quicken and Microsoft Money.
Available in both English and Spanish.

How to get started

Visit or call your local branch to learn more on how to get the Online Branch started.

Once you have your Online Branch established, you can enter your member username and password that has been created for you in the Online Branch login page.

The first time you log in, change your password to something more relevant to you. Your password should be something easy to remember, but also hard for others to guess.

If you've forgotten your password, contact us for a temporary password and follow the same procedure.

If you have already set up your online branch password, just click on the link in the upper right section of our website.

Catholic Credit Union has employed security measures that protect your transactions from fraudulent use. CCU is providing Online Banking security with Multi-Factor Authentication and Watermark.

Enabling pop-up windows for Bill Payer

The online bill pay service uses pop-up windows to alert you to important information.

Pop-up functionality is used by many Web sites to display advertisements to users. You may now be blocking pop-ups in your browser. If so, you should permit pop-ups for this Web site.

The way to enable pop-ups for this varies based on the browser version and operating system that you are using.

If you have installed Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, go the Privacy section within your browser. Add netteller.com and hb.catholiccu.org to the list of Web sites that you permit pop-ups to be displayed.

Then you can continue to restrict the display of advertisements as you navigate the Internet while getting the full use from the Bill Payer service.
